Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Psychology.
• Licensed Psychologist by the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board (WI).
• Proficient with DSM diagnostic criteria, evidence-based treatments, and correctional mental health practices.
• Strong clinical communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, standardized testing, and risk evaluations.
• Provide individual and group mental health treatment, ongoing monitoring, and crisis intervention.
• Make placement decisions and determine removal from observation or restraint status.
• Produce and maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with Department of Corrections staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
