Join a trauma-focused surgical team in Loveland, CO, providing inpatient and outpatient care in a fast-paced, clinical-only position. This permanent role supports trauma and emergency general surgery coverage on 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a) with Epic EMR.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive trauma and acute surgical care, including management of trauma admissions, emergency general surgery, and inpatient follow-up
• Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement care plans, and interpret diagnostic studies
• Assist trauma surgeons with procedures, resuscitation, and operative support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and maintain clinical workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality, safety, and performance initiatives
• Work autonomously while managing multiple complex tasks

Required qualifications:

• Active Colorado license
• NCCPA certification
• DEA registration
• BLS certification
• Recent NPDB report
• Minimum 2 years’ trauma surgery experience
• Clean professional record (highly preferred)
• Completion of a surgical fellowship (highly preferred)

Compensation and benefits:

• Annual salary range: $136,822–$179,379 (based on experience)
• Up to $10,000 annually through the Quality Value Incentive Plan (QVIP)
