Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Licensed Psychologist by the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board.
• Proficiency with DSM diagnostic standards and evidence-based treatment.
• Experience in correctional mental health practices.
• Strong communication, clinical documentation, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations.
• Provide individual and group mental health treatment, ongoing monitoring, and crisis intervention.
• Assess and determine placement or removal from observation or restraint status.
• Prepare and maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with Department of Corrections staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
