Required qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Licensed Psychologist in Wisconsin (Psychology Examining Board).
• Knowledge of DSM diagnostic criteria, evidence-based treatments, and correctional mental health practices.
• Strong skills in clinical documentation, communication, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, formal testing, and risk evaluations.
• Provide individual and group mental health treatment, monitoring, and crisis intervention.
• Evaluate and determine placement or removal from observation or restraint status per policy.
• Produce and maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with Department of Corrections staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.

Clinic setting: Correctional facility; work adheres to DOC policies and security protocols.
