Contract Licensed Psychologist — Correctional Mental Health (Green Bay, WI)

We’re seeking a licensed psychologist to join a contract role in Green Bay, WI, starting ASAP for a 26-week assignment. This position follows a weekday schedule (07:45 AM–04:30 PM) and pays $125/hr.

What we need from you:

• A doctoral degree in Psychology and an active Wisconsin psychologist license through the Psychology Examining Board.
• Solid familiarity with DSM diagnostic criteria, evidence-based treatment approaches, and correctional mental health practices.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills to work effectively with staff and interdisciplinary teams.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations to inform care decisions.
• Provide individual and group mental health treatment, monitor progress, and respond to crises as needed.
• Make clinical decisions about observation or restraint placement and removal, ensuring safety and best practices.
• Keep clear, timely clinical documentation and prepare required reports.
• Collaborate with Department of Corrections staff and other providers to support continuity of care.
