Required qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Licensed Psychologist by the Wisconsin Psychology Examining Board.
• Knowledge of DSM diagnostic criteria, evidence-based treatments, and correctional mental health practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Core responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, testing, and risk evaluations.
• Provide individual and group mental health treatment, ongoing monitoring, and crisis intervention.
• Determine and manage observation, restraint, and placement decisions per policy.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and prepare required reports.
• Collaborate with Department of Corrections staff and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
