X-Ray Technologist – Full-Time Varied Shifts in Coos Bay, OR (Weekend Required, Multi-Modality)

Shift: 8-hour shifts; varied schedule with weekend coverage required

Position summary:
Provide radiologic imaging services in a hospital setting across specified modalities. Candidates may be experienced or new graduates (see licensure requirements).

Minimum requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Current ARRT certification in the relevant modality, or recent graduate holding a valid temporary Oregon permit prior to ARRT registry. Registry must be obtained within one year.
• Current Oregon radiologic technologist license or eligibility for state permit as above
• American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Image Wisely pledge certificate (must have within 30 days of hire and renew annually by January 30)
• Image Gently pledge certificate (must have within 30 days of hire and renew annually by January 30)

Preferred:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Three years’ hospital experience (preferred but not required)

Modalities (experience across one or more preferred):

• Radiologic Technology (general X-ray)
• Mammography
• CT
• MRI

Notes:

• New graduates and candidates with limited experience will be considered.
• Weekend work is required.
