Job Description

A respected small rural Acute Care Hospital is seeking a full-time Inpatient/Outpatient Float Pharmacist to join its pharmacy team. This position offers a balanced mix of inpatient acute care and outpatient pharmacy practice, allowing for meaningful clinical impact and professional variety. The role includes competitive hourly compensation, negotiable sign-on and relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package within a nonprofit, community-focused hospital setting.

Candidates must hold a BS in Pharmacy (PharmD preferred) and be eligible for state licensure prior to start. Previous pharmacist experience in an outpatient or retail pharmacy setting is required, along with the ability to comfortably support inpatient pharmacy services as well. The ideal pharmacist is adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident managing both clinical and operational responsibilities across care settings.
