We are seeking a primary care NP or PA to join our team.

* Location: Oxford, NY - Binghamton 34m, Albany 122m
* Part-time 2 day/week schedule Tuesdays and Thursdays
* Post-acute care inpatient setting
* Our compensation is a productivity-based model: expected compensation is estimated salary range of $49,096 to $58,917 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.

**Role**

* Deliver comprehensive primary care
* Manage acute and chronic conditions
* Develop personalized care plans
* Integrate and work closely with the IDT
* Partner and work collaboratively with physician

**Qualifications**

* Experienced clinicians
* FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
* Active New York NP/PA license
* Active DEA
