Job Description
**Why This Role**
- Procedure-focused interventional radiology coverage with no diagnostic reading responsibilities
- Predictable weekday schedule in a collaborative department with physician and APP support
- Flexible commitment with preference for at least two weeks per month
**Assignment Details**
- Locum tenens physician coverage
- Start date March 2, 2026 through June 30, 2026
- Monday through Friday, 7:30a–4:00p
- No call coverage
- Inpatient and outpatient procedural coverage
- Temporary privileges available
**Clinical Details**
- Interventional radiology–only role performing procedures and consults
- Broad IR case mix including vascular and non-vascular interventions
- Work alongside one other physician and two APPs
- Epic EMR
- Stroke-certified facility
- No admissions or patient rounding requirements
**Requirements**
- Board certified radiologist
- Interventional radiology fellowship required
- Active Pennsylvania license required
- ACLS and BLS required
- Comfort with a wide scope of interventional and procedural work
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
