We are seeking a Physician to join our Post-Acute Care team in Tucson, Arizona.

* 15-20 patients per day
* Day call weekdays, After hours/night-time backup call
* Not open to new grads

**Responsibilities**

* Drive high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care in post-acute care communities
* Inpatient rounding in skilled nursing facility, inpatient rehabilitation facility, and long-term care hospital
* Collaborate with other clinician interdisciplinary teams and follow CMS guidelines
* Work closely with hospice, palliative care, and home care agencies for safe patient transitions
* Ensure timely documentation and billing through our EMR (Gehrimed) meeting Medicare guidelines

**Compensation and Benefits**

* Compensation is fee for service with an estimated compensation range of $262,000 to $314,000 annually and no cap on productivity income potential.
