**Schedule Overview**

* 26 weeks: Monday through Sunday days with beeper call evenings/weekends (30-minute response time)
* 26 weeks: Completely off
* Can be configured as one week on/one week off or two on/two off

**Role**

* Single-hospital coverage; no commuting between sites
* Team model: Supervise 2-3 rooms with experienced cardiac CRNAs
* One cardiac room and 1 general room (sometimes 2)
* Case mix: Cardiac, thoracic, vascular, and EP (TAVR/Watchman)
* No transplants, trauma, OB, pediatrics
* Annual volume: ~200 open hearts
* TEE: Anesthesiologists perform TEEs for open-heart cases
* Support: Dedicated anesthesia techs and strong collaboration with a highly skilled cardiac surgeon and cardiologists

**Highlights**

* Primarily cardiac with cardiac call only
* Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $600,000 to $600,000 annually with the ability to earn incentives including Cardiac stipend.
