Position Overview
• Seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalists to join a dedicated nocturnist team
• Provide overnight inpatient care in a collaborative, supportive environment
• Opportunities to work at multiple hospital locations within the Tulsa area, covering both tertiary and regional hospitals
Clinical & Workload Highlights
• Typical patient load: ~10 patient encounters per night with 8–12 admissions
• Cross-cover ICU support with in-house nocturnist/intensivist available for backup
• Dedicated rapid response and ER code teams for smooth coordination
• Collaborative environment focused on patient-centered care and physician support
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $455,000 plus annual quality bonus
• Additional incentives: up to $30,000 retention bonus and $20,000 sign-on bonus
