* Limited call-back from home and mostly ambulatory case mix of orthopedics and general surgery.
* CRNAs place epidurals for a low volume OB practice.

**Schedule**

* 17 weeks of day only responsibility
* 17 weeks of call from home only (starts at 5pm no daytime responsibilities)
* 17 weeks PTO
* This day/call/off rotation schedule offers ultimate flexibility.
* Two clinicians cover a total of 5 locations during the day (combination of 1:3 and 1:2 overage CRNA coverage).

**Highlights**

* Competitive compensation with a base salary of $600,000 to $600,000 annually with the ability to earn incentives.

94-bed facility featuring a 24/7 emergency department, a Family Care Birthing Center staffed with Neonatologists, surgical suites with Cardiac Catheterization Lab, an Intensive Care Unit and state-of-the-art medical/surgical suites. Three Springs Park has many outdoor activities to enjoy like sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, and soccer fields. Also the park includes a large walking path and playground. WT Park has soccer fields and baseball fields. Shiloh is also located seven miles from shopping at St. Clair Square in Fairview Heights, Illinois and 20 miles from downtown St. Louis. In September, Shiloh hosts its annual homecoming at Shiloh Park which is a community picnic for families to come and enjoy rides and fireworks.
