**BE/BC in Gastroenterology; Advanced Endoscopy Fellowship required**

• Seeking a full-time BE/BC Advanced Endoscopist to join a growing GI practice focused on high-quality patient care, collegiality, and an excellent work environment
• Join an experienced advanced GI specialist with a shared vision of building a comprehensive advanced endoscopy program
• Practice based at a 417-bed regional tertiary care, Level II Trauma Center with a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite and highly experienced support staff
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $900,000
• Productivity bonus incentives starting day one
• Starting and retention bonuses up to $190,000

• Physicians must have completed an ACGME accredited Residency to qualify for privileges.
Practice Highlights
• APP support provided
• Inpatient general GI service takes primary call
• Advanced GI providers take backup call only
• 22 weeks per year covered by a GI hospitalist fellowship-trained in advanced GI
• Some general GI procedures may be required initially, with the goal of transitioning to exclusively advanced GI for two providers
• Epic EMR and Provation for endoscopy documentation
• Active collaboration in endobariatrics with a busy bariatric surgery program
• 24/7 in-house general and trauma surgery coverage
• Colorectal surgeon (fellowship trained) joining in Fall 2025
• Strong interventional radiology support
• Two GI-trained pathologists
• Hepatology and hepatobiliary support via twice-monthly outreach clinics
