**APP – Hospitalist Opportunity**
**Location: Helena, MT**

Position Summary:
• Seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join a Hospitalist team.
• Provide inpatient care in collaboration with Hospitalist physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Manage a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions for hospitalized adult patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient assessments, admissions, rounding, and discharges.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging.
• Communicate effectively with consulting services, nursing staff, and care management teams.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Schedule & Coverage:
• Block scheduling or rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Shared responsibility for call coverage as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible.
• Eligible for Montana licensure.
• Inpatient or Hospitalist experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training considered.
