What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide psychotherapy services to older adults in skilled nursing and long-term care settings

  • Conduct clinical assessments and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support holistic, patient-centered treatment

  • Serve as a trusted advocate for emotional health and improved daily functioning

What You’ll Need

  • Active and unrestricted LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in the practicing state

  • Ability to practice and bill independently without supervision

  • Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and patience working with aging populations

  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to care
