is seeking an outstanding NNP to join our growing practice at

HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood Hospital

Responsibilities
We are looking for an NNP who want to be a part of a stable, collaborative and cohesive group of NNPs and Neonatologists. Exceptional new graduates will be considered!

 

24 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 13 babiesOver 1,900 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per yearA positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs.  24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night.Flexible, 24-48-hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance.Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities.Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team Active research program involved in multiple active clinical trials and multi-site collaborations.Sign-on bonus and relocation assistanceTuiton Reimbursement Assistance Program (available for new grads who start within 12 months of graduation)

Qualifications

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master’s degree
