**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP once credentialed
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–4:30p
- Call Schedule: 1:4, includes weekends
- Coverage Type: Inpatient with call

**Clinical Details**
- Practice Setting: Adult inpatient behavioral health
- Unit Size: 30-bed adult unit shared between two physicians
- Patient Volume: Approximately 15 patients per provider per day
- Additional Coverage: Weekend call may include crisis unit evaluations for pediatric patients with transfer if admitted
- Inpatient Team: Three full-time inpatient physicians with two open locum needs
- Outpatient Team (separate service): Five physicians and one APP
- EMR: Epic
- Security: 24/7 security with full staff participation in safety codes

**Requirements**
- Board certified in Psychiatry
- Active New York license at time of submission
- ACLS required
- Clean background required for expedited credentialing
- Full-time availability required
- Self-query NPDB report required and must be pulled within the same month as submission

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
