**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP pending credentialing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- FTE: 1.0
- Primarily Monday–Friday schedule with variable hours
- Weekday call rotation with weekend call approximately every fourth weekend
- Setting: Inpatient

**Clinical Details**
- Scope of Practice: Pre- and post-operative patient evaluation and management, inpatient and outpatient care
- OR Responsibilities: First assist for cardiothoracic and thoracic surgery
- Procedures Include: Coronary artery bypass, valve surgeries, aortic and arch reconstruction, robotic-assisted thoracic surgery, minimally invasive valve procedures, VATS and robotic thoracic cases, endoscopic vein harvest, open radial artery harvest, thoracic and foregut procedures
- Inpatient Care: ICU and step-down management, daily rounds, discharge summaries, emergent bedside procedures as needed
- Case Volume: Approximately 6–8 cardiac cases per week and 9–12 thoracic cases per week
- Patient Population: Adult
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: Registered nurses and established cardiothoracic APP team

**Requirements**
- Board certified as an Advanced Practice Provider
- Minimum of three years of cardiothoracic and/or thoracic surgery experience
- Active Washington license preferred; IMLC considered
- ACLS
- BLS
- DEA
- Clean malpractice history
- Strong robotic thoracic surgery experience required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
