**Board Certified / Board Eligible**
• Practice located in the Lake of the Ozarks, the Midwest’s premier vacation destination

Compensation & Benefits
• Negotiable sign-on bonus
• Up to 256 hours of paid time off
• 40 hours of CME (prorated)
• CME allowance up to $5,000 per year (prorated)

• Basic Life Insurance (capped at 1.5% of base salary)
