Locums Hematology/Oncology Physician

We are seeking a Board-Certified Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a well-established oncology practice in Midland, MI. This is a full-time, outpatient-focused position offering a balanced schedule, shared call responsibilities, and a strong clinical support structure.

 

Position Details

 

• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  Clinic Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Call Responsibilities:
• After-hours phone call only (4:30 PM – 8:00 AM) for established patients
• Weekend phone-only call shared with Midland/Alma group
• Virtual inpatient rounding coverage on weekends
• Procedures: No surgeries or procedural responsibilities

 

Practice Environment

 

• EMR: Epic with Dragon dictation
• Patient Population: Established hematology and oncology patients

 

Qualifications

 

• Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology (required)
• BLS certification
• Eligible for or able to practice via IMLC (will be considered)
