The trauma center is currently ACS level II and they have completed a level I consultation visit. Must have experience as Medical Director or Associate Medical Director in a Level I or II Trauma Center.
Willingness to perform in hybrid role with minimum 40% administrative duties/responsibilities.
No 24-hour shift requirement; day shifts are 10.5 hours; nights are 13.5.
Team covers equal mix of trauma, surgical critical care and emergency general surgery.
Large, stable and established group; worked together for many years; Minimal turnover.
Close team collaboration, support and coverage including time-off requests.
