**Locums | Cardiothoracic Surgery APP | Clinic + Call | Richland, WA (IMLC accepted)**
**Why This Role**
- Full-time cardiothoracic surgery coverage combining first assist, clinic, and call
- Defined coverage window supporting a supplemental staffing need
- Balanced mix of operative, inpatient, and clinic responsibilities
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 4/24/2026
- End Date: 7/18/2026
- Schedule: Full-time assignment with clinical hours and call
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
**Clinical Details**
- Patients Per Day: Approximately 8
- Surgical First Assist: 10–12 days per month
- Clinic Coverage: 2–4 days per month
- Call: 7–8 days per month
- Weekend Call: 24-hour call
- Weekday Call: Night call after clinical hours
- Call Responsibilities: Inpatient rounding and first assist callbacks
- Trauma Level: II
- EMR: Epic
**Requirements**
- Board certified advanced practice provider
- Active Washington license required or IMLC accepted
- BLS and ACLS required
- Prior cardiothoracic surgery experience required
- Hospital privileges required
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
