**Clinical Details**
- Scope of Coverage: Emergency department and inpatient orthopedic consultations
- Procedures: Full general orthopedic coverage; higher-acuity cases transferred out
- Hospital Size: 72 licensed beds
- Average Callback Hours: Approximately 3.2 hours on weekdays, 2 hours on weekends
- Support Staff: Operating room staff available
- EMR: Cerner

**Requirements**
- Board certified or board eligible
- Active California medical license required
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-approved residency required
- Active DEA required during credentialing
- California fluoroscopy certificate required by dates of coverage
- Clean malpractice and NPDB history strongly preferred
- Must be actively practicing at a facility (not newly graduated without recent activity)
- Self-query NPDB report required at presentation (dated within 30 days)
