- 8-10 pager call shifts per month with flexible scheduling
- 1-2 weekends per month Friday 7am to Monday 7am
- Typically 1-2 women in labor per shift
- Low risk hospital with deliveries from 37 weeks gestation
- Staffed with combination of laborists and midwives
- Pager call coverage with in-house requirement during labor
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
