**Clinical Details**
- Case Volume: Approximately 50–60 surgical cases per day
- Patient Population: Neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, and adult
- Supervision Model: Mix of solo cases and CRNA supervision in a care team model
- Anesthesia Cart Preparation: Not required
- Trauma Level: ACS Level I
- Operating Rooms: 14
- Anesthesia Team Size: 22 anesthesiologists
- Annual ED Volume: Approximately 70,000
- Pediatric anesthesiology across all subspecialties except cardiac and transplant surgery
- General surgical cases (neonatal, pediatric, adult)
- Thoracic cases (excluding open heart)
- Complex orthopedic cases
- Neurosurgical cases
- Ventilation management
- Preferred experience with arterial line placement and acute volume/BP management

**Requirements**
- Board certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- Active Ohio medical license highly preferred
- Self-query NPDB report required at presentation (pulled within the same month)
- Must meet facility rate requirements
