- Call coverage 7 am - 7 am for 5 consecutive days
- 1 - 3 newborns and 0 - 1 inpatients on call days
- Hospital setting with 400 births per year
- Level I nursery -- everything under 36 weeks transferred
- Circumcisions required
- Umbilical lines, intubations, IVs, feeding tubes preferred
- Strong backup resources available
- Board certification required
