Position Highlights:

• 100% outpatient primary care, no OB responsibilities
• Join one Family Medicine physician and two Nurse Practitioners
• Hospital employed position
• Collaborative, supportive partners and staff
• Full subspecialty referral support in network
• Existing patient base available with opportunity to grow
• Office based procedures encouraged and supported
• New grads encouraged to apply
• New and recently remodeled clinic space with efficient workflow with attached Urgent Care
• Physician must be board-certified and have completed residency in the United States
• Indiana is physician friendly, offering a safe place to practice through malpractice tort reform
• Physician must collaborate with APPs
• J1 visa support is available at this location
