**Clinical Details**
- Shift Model: Standard solo emergency room coverage
- Patients Per Shift: Approximately 18–20 in a 12-hour shift
- Annual ED Volume: Approximately 32,000
- Daily ED Volume: Approximately 90–100 patients
- ICU: Open ICU
- Team Structure: One physician with two mid-level providers providing split coverage
- Support Services Available: Anesthesia, general surgery, orthopedics, radiology
- EMR: Meditech 6.1

**Requirements**
- Board certified or board eligible in Emergency Medicine (BE within 3 years of residency)
- Active North Carolina medical license required
- NC Medicaid credentialing required
- PECOS enrollment required
- Ability to supervise advanced practice providers
- Comfortable with solo emergency department coverage

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
