**About the Position**
-Board Eligible or Board Certified Interventional Pain Management Physician
-Full-scope interventional pain practice

**Clinical Responsibilities**
-Perform interventional pain procedures including but not limited to:
-Epidural steroid injections
-Facet joint injections and radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
-Peripheral joint injections (knees, shoulders, hips)
-Spinal cord stimulator implantation and follow-up
-Peripheral nerve stimulator placement and management
-Sacroiliac (SI) joint injections and SI joint fusion when indicated
-Kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures
-Rapid interventional pain procedures (“Minute Men” or similar)
-Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including history, physical exam, imaging review, and pain assessments
-Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
-Provide ongoing follow-up care including interventional and medication management
-Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality patient experience
-Participate in credentialing, EMR training, and adherence to established clinical protocols

**Qualifications**
-Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pain Medicine / Interventional Pain Management
-Background in Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or related specialty
-Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
-Active DEA registration or ability to obtain
-Strong procedural skill set across spine and joint interventions
-Excellent communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
-Commitment to teamwork, quality care, and a positive practice culture
