**APP – Urgent Care Opportunity**
**Location: Moses Lake, Washington**

• Full-time position with a flexible schedule of 13 shifts per month (1.0 FTE)
• Competitive annual salary range $146,000–$169,000, based on experience, plus RVU bonus opportunity
Practice Highlights:
• Fast-paced direct care clinic with higher-acuity urgent care patients
• Outpatient-only practice with no call
• Onsite lab, X-ray, CT, and MRI
• Multi-specialty clinic with readily available specialist support
• Typical staffing per shift: two providers, one RN, and two MAs
• Average patient volume: 70–80 patients per shift in winter, ~60 in summer (with two providers)
• EPIC electronic medical record
• Clinic hours:
o Weekdays: 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
o Weekends: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Candidate Qualifications:
• Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Ability to obtain an active Washington State license
• Strong, compassionate communication skills
• Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
