**Location: Midland, Michigan**
**Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine**
Requirements:
• U.S. medical degree or foreign equivalent
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Family Medicine
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency
• Eligible for an unrestricted Michigan medical license and Controlled Substance License
• Full-time family medicine position with 3 – 12-hour shifts and no call
Practice Details:
• Well-established urgent care and occupational health practice
• Uses EPIC EMR system
• Hospital privileges at local medical center
• Replacement for a retiring physician
Compensation & Benefits:
• Highly competitive compensation plan
• Full benefits including CME allowance, paid time off (vacation, sick, CME, personal days), health/pharmacy/dental/vision/life insurance
• Short-term and long-term disability coverage
• Professional liability with tail coverage
• Relocation allowance
• Retirement plans: 403(b) with employer contribution and 457(b) tax-deferred options
