Job Description
We are seeking a Family Practice Physician to step into a Medical Director role at an outpatient health center in California. This is an excellent long-term opportunity with stability, leadership responsibility, and a strong support structure.
Position Highlights
- Monday–Friday, 4 days clinic, and 1 day admin
- Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day
- No weekends, no call
- 6 months with option to extend or convert to permanent
- EMR: eClinicalWorks (notes must be closed within 24 hours)
- Mileage reimbursement available
Practice Setting
- Outpatient community health center
- Robust support staff including Medical Assistants and Nurses
- Focus on high-quality, patient-centered care
Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Practice Physician
- Southern California–based providers only
- Prior HIV and/or Hepatitis experience
- Community health or leadership experience strongly preferred
