Responsibilities
 

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking board-certified OB/GYN physicians to provide per diem OB/GYN Hospitalist coverage including OB triage, admissions inpatient care, and delivery for hospitalized patients at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. • Flexible scheduling to create work life balance for you
• Collaboration with comminunity OBs in a highly supportive and cohesive group
• Real-time communication with office physicians of triage visits, new issues, and deliveries
• Multidisciplinary OB critical care.
• 24-hour in house shift coverage for obstetric and gynecologic emergencies.
• Management of OB/GYN emergency-department patients.
• Trauma evaluation of pregnant patients.
• Coordination of obstetric care and follow up.

Qualifications

Board Certification requiredOhio Licensed or IMLC Eligible for Compact License preferredMinimum of 1 year post-residency clinical experience requiredMust have clinical OBGYN experience within the last 12 months

Benefits and Compensation
Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
