• OR: 2-3 cases per day, 3 days per week
• Clinic: 12-18 patients per day, 1-2 days per week
• 2-3 OR cases per day
• 100% spine procedures
• OR experience required for 50% of role
• NP must have RNFA certification
• Experience with inpatient and outpatient care required

From $90.00 to $125.00 hourly
