**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: TBD
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: 2-3 days a week of full procedures 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch (12-1pm)
- Coverage Type: Outpatient only
- Practice Setting: Multi-office interventional pain management clinics
- Call: None

**Clinical Details**
- Scope of Practice: Interventional pain management
- Procedures: Epidural steroid injections; facet joint injections and radiofrequency ablation; peripheral joint injections (knee, shoulder, hip); spinal cord stimulator implantation and follow-up; peripheral nerve stimulator placement and management; sacroiliac joint injections and SI joint fusion when indicated; kyphoplasty for vertebral compression fractures; rapid interventional pain procedures
- Patient Care: Comprehensive evaluations, imaging review, treatment planning, follow-up care, and medication management
- Collaboration: Works closely with clinical and administrative teams to support patient flow and quality care
- EMR: E-Clinicals

**Requirements**
- Board eligible or board certified
- Fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology or PM&R
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain
- Active DEA or ability to obtain
- Strong procedural skill set across spine and joint interventions

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
