**Radiation Oncology Opportunity**
**Location: Norfolk, NE**
Opportunity Details:
• Established radiation oncology practice.
• Average volume of 20 patients per day and 8 consults per week.
• Monday–Friday schedule with no call.
• EPIC EMR system.
• Varian TrueBeam (installed July 2020).
• Commission on Cancer–accredited Cancer Center.
Compensation & Benefits:
• $666,744 guaranteed base salary.
• $60,000 signing bonus.
• Educational loan repayment or immigration assistance available.
• Retention bonus.
• Relocation reimbursement.
• Full benefits package, including CME, malpractice coverage, and retirement plan.
Practice & System Highlights:
• Regional referral center serving approximately 190,000 residents across 22 counties in northeast and north-central Nebraska.
• 131-bed acute care facility with Centers of Excellence in:
o Cardiovascular Care
o Cancer Care
o Orthopedics
o Physical Rehabilitation
o Women and Children’s Services
Community & Culture:
• Community-based healthcare system with a long-standing commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
