**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: 4/15/2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00a–5:00p
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Weekend Call: 1 in 6 weekends, 24-hour call with rounding Saturday and Sunday
- Weeknight Call: Every other week beeper call for clinic patients only

**Clinical Details**
- Patients Per Day: Approximately 10–14
- Patient Mix: New patient consults initially with increasing follow-ups over time
- Beds in Department: 6
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 3 office staff
- EMR: Epic
- Call Details: Phone-only beeper call, low census
- Overtime: Applies after 40 clinical hours per week

**Requirements**
- Board certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Fellowship trained
- Active Washington license or IMLC eligible
- Comfortable working in a new clinic environment and establishing care
- Ability to take required weekday and weekend call

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
