**Assignment Details**

- Schedule: Monday–Friday OR coverage with call
- OR Hours: 7:00a–3:00p
- Call Hours: 3:00p–7:00a (beeper call, 20-minute response time)
- Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
- Practice Setting: Hospital-based

**Clinical Details**
- Average Cases Per Day: Approximately 15
- OR Coverage: Assigned OR room with CRNA supervision as appropriate
- CRNA Support: 4–5 CRNAs daily
- OB Coverage: C-sections and epidurals
- Additional Coverage: IR, ICU procedures, radiology/CT sedation, ED trauma, airway management
- Procedures: General, spinal, epidural, regional anesthesia; arterial and central lines
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board certified in Anesthesiology
- No specific state license requirement
- ACT 10 acceptable
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS required
- Comfort supervising CRNAs
- Ability to respond on call within 20 minutes

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
