**Assignment Details**
- Assignment type: PRN / Float pool
- Shift coverage: 12-hour shifts (8a–8p or 8p–8a)
- Practice setting: Emergency Department
- Annual ED volume (projected): Approximately 15,000 visits
- Average patient volume: ~20/day first 6 months, ~40/day by end of year one

**Clinical Details**
- Radiology: 24/7 CT and X-ray (no MRI)
- Laboratory: 24/7 lab services (no blood bank)
- Surgical services: Available at Lansing location
- EMR: Cerner
- Admissions and higher-acuity support coordinated with Lansing location
- Weekend coverage required

**Requirements**
- Board Certified physician required
- ATLS required
- Active Michigan license required
- Immunizations required for occupational health clearance (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Flu, COVID, TB, Tdap)
- Presentation details required: home address, phone number, email, DOB

**Compensation**
