- Call: 5p–8a, unrestricted if able
- Coverage pattern: Sporadic dates with ongoing needs in 2026
- Known dates: 2/12, 2/13, 2/16–2/20, 2/23–3/1
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: Approximately 3 months (ASAP need noted)

**Clinical Details**
- Practice setting: Inpatient psychiatric department
- Average census: 12 patients per day
- Total beds: 27
- Psychiatry team: 5 psychiatrists
- APP support: 6 psychiatric NPs
- Supervision required: Yes, psychiatric NPs
- Patient population: Adult only (no pediatrics)
- Referral sources: Primarily regional emergency departments
- EMR: Epic
- Safety measures: Staff duress system and 24/7 on-site security
- Clinical experience required with:
- Anxiety, affective, psychotic, personality, eating, developmental, organic disorders
- ADD/ADHD
- Involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, restraint application
- Pharmacotherapy and group therapy

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Psychiatry
- Active Michigan license
- BLS
Must be available to cover listed dates (no exceptions; note at name clear)

**Compensation**
Rates: Facility is accepting bids
