- Weekend call and weekday coverage
- 11-13 patients per clinic day, 14 procedures per surgery day
- Hospital-based practice
- ERCP required
- 20-minute call response time required
- 60-minute consults and 30-minute follow-ups
- 1:7 weekend call schedule
- Advanced and general GI cases
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
