• Monday - Friday schedule with clinic hours 8 am - 5:30 pm
• 100% outpatient with no inpatient or rounding responsibilities
• Phone call only 4 - 6 weekends per year with nurse triage
• Sole pediatrician role with 2 mid-level providers for support
