Job Description

Large multispecialty group in Minnesota is seeking an Urgent Care physician to join their team. This is a flexible position offering 12, 8, and 4 hour shifts, and the calendar is set 3-6 months in advance. Enjoy competitive compensation and low cost of living in this breathtaking city located on the shores of Lake Superior, featuring a local airport and attractions such as a thriving arts scene, aquarium, zoo, beaches, golf courses, and over 200 miles of hiking trails.

Hours are M-F 9-7, weekends 8-5.
BC/BE FM or EM.
Patients seen per day: low number is 35, high number 70.
Excellent support from specialists and ancillary services.
Collegial, experienced staff.
Types of cases: Acute care walk-in adults and pediatrics; respiratory illness, minor injuries including laceration repair, I&D, and foreign body removal; musculoskeletal injuries requiring radiology and splinting; non-life-threatening trauma; work comp.
