**Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Opportunity**
**Location: Astoria, OR**
• Practice Type: Community-based, ambulatory primary care clinics
• Patient Population: Adults and youth with a range of mental health and substance use disorders
• Call/Work Schedule: Ambulatory, clinic-based
• Practice Highlights:
o Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management
o Partner with primary care providers to deliver integrated psychiatric care
o Mix of new and follow-up patients
o Medical assistant support for patient care coordination, insurance pre-authorization, and caseload management
• Compensation & Benefits:
o Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives
o Hiring incentives, including commencement bonus and relocation assistance
o Paid CME time and annual CME stipend

• Required Qualifications:
o Completion of accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
o PMHNP certification
o Oregon license (or ability to obtain) and DEA with X-designation
o American Heart Association BLS or ACLS certification
o Two years of PMHNP experience preferred
