• Practice Type: Multi-specialty, physician-led health system with clinics in Beloit, WI and Roscoe, IL
• Practice Locations:
o Multi-specialty clinic adjacent to hospital
o New Ambulatory Surgery Treatment Center at NorthPointe Health & Wellness Campus, Roscoe, IL

• Call Coverage: 1:4
• Team Includes: Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, Nurses, Surgical Technicians
