Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

$5,000 Sign-On Bonus. We are a rapidly growing, high-quality urgent care group seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team in Waltham, MA. As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and dedicated healthcare providers to deliver exceptional care to our patients. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation: Base pay of $75–$85 per hour, with performance incentives of up to $25 per hour, resulting in an average hourly rate of approximately $96.
• Generous Paid Time Off: Five weeks annually, inclusive of vacation, holidays, and sick time.
• CME Support: Three paid CME days annually, with additional CME support provided.
• Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon joining the team.

Requirements:

• Current and unrestricted Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Minimum of six months of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or a comparable fast-paced setting; strong new graduates will be considered.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Availability to work every other weekend.
