Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician

We are seeking dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our team in Prairie du Chien, WI. This position is designed to dramatically improve patient safety and satisfaction by ensuring every pregnant woman presenting to the hospital receives expert care from an experienced physician, every time.

Position Highlights:

• Compensation: $340,000 – $360,000 annual salary plus full benefits package
• Schedule: Full-time hospitalist position with the ability to create your own schedule
• Typically seven 24-hour shifts per month (21 days off monthly)
• No on-call responsibilities or office management

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Wisconsin License or able to obtain
• Ability to manage obstetric emergencies and provide comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
• Commitment to clinical excellence and continuous improvement
