**Assignment Details**
- Coverage type: Clinical coverage plus call
- Start date: ASAP once credentialed
- Schedule: Full time with minimum two weeks per month availability
- Practice setting: Hospital based
- Operating rooms: 10
- MD to CRNA ratio: 1:3–4
- CRNA supervision: Both independent cases and supervision
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Adult-focused anesthesia coverage with limited pediatric cases for dental and eye procedures
- Case mix includes orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, and endoscopy
- Spinal anesthesia required
- Epidural anesthesia required
- Regional anesthesia required
- Night call 7pm–7am
- Weekend coverage includes 7am–7am beeper call

**Requirements**
- Board certified anesthesiologist
- Active New York medical license at time of submission
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
- Providers must live outside a 60-mile radius
- Must be available a minimum of two weeks per month
- Self-query NPDB report required at time of presentation
- Supervision of CRNAs required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
